Throughout the filming of the pilot, I experienced Racial Discrimination/Racially Charged inappropriate comments from the hair department and bullying from Executive Producers. During the Season, it continued along with Sexual Harassment from a recurring guest star and the racist commentary & bullying from the Hair Dept. Head escalated into Sexual Assault at our Wrap party.The Sexual Harassment though reported directly to the Showrunner/EP remained undocumented and was not reported to HR as promised. The Hair Dept. Head was fired ONLY after the sexual assault and NOT for an entire year of outward racism/racially charged language and bullying behavior in and out of the Hair and Makeup trailer. HR protocol was never adhered to following the above reports given by me to my Showrunner/EP and an investigation was never issued for any of my claims. The only time I was asked to participate in an investigation was after a meeting I called in June following our Season 2 announcement. This meeting included the Showrunner and two other producers as well as my agent and SAG-AFTRA Union Rep. It was clear to all present in the meeting that the Showrunner had not shared my reports with the any of the producers. After my initial report of sexual harassment, I was assured that the actor would be fired. I was also asked to film with him the very next day as a courtesy to the script, even though we had not begun filming the episode yet. This actor reappeared on our call sheet at the end of the season, I was even written in scenes with him. I asked the Showrunner about this and he admitted to me that the actor had not been fired nor had he gotten HR involved. I was asked to return this season, and promised that “everything was handled.” The investigation hadn’t even begun and Season 2 had already started filming. I turned it down and I walked. Now is the best time in the world to be a woman and I have a platform so it’s time to use my Voice. Strength comes from within. LAKESIDE, Calif. (KGTV) -- The San Diego County Sheriff’s Department is investigating what led to a shooting in Lakeside Monday evening. The shooting happened just before 6 p.m. near the off-ramp of State Route 67 and Winter Gardens Boulevard. Deputies and paramedics found the victim, a man in his 20s, suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was taken to the hospital. The shooter fled the scene in a white Chevrolet Impala. A detailed description of the suspect wasn’t available. CHULA VISTA, Calif. (KGTV) - A report of two men going door to door in a Chula Vista neighborhood with a COVID-related offer is raising alarm bells. The knock at the door came just past 6:30 p.m. Friday. Two men, their masks pulled below their mouths, were standing outside Anna's home near Southwestern College."Can I help you?" she is heard asking in her Ring doorbell video.Anna's question gets an odd reply."We're looking for the queen of the castle," said the man at the door.Moments later, the man at the door makes his pitch."We're going door to door doing COVID testing. Have you been tested?" he asks.Anna, an ICU social worker, sensed something shady."I work at a hospital. No, no, no. Goodbye!" she exclaimed in the video.Just 10 minutes prior, the man who was standing back in the video, was at the home of neighbor Alice Segobia with a different offer."He asked about new metering that was coming. Asked if I was the homeowner. I lied to get him out of the house, said I didn't own my home," said Segobia.Segobia also abruptly said goodbye, so she never found out what he was after. But minutes later, the other man's COVID-19 test offer is one James Lee of the Identity Theft Resource Center is familiar with. He points to reports of door-to-door COVID testing scams a month ago, especially in the Midwest. "HonorHealth is required to abide by the court order. The court order states that HonorHealth is to allow a board certified neurologist to perform an exam on the patient. HonorHealth granted emergency temporary privileges to a board certified Neurologist identified by the family. As of now, that neurologist has not come to the facility to examine the patient. The family had instead sent an independent EEG technician to the facility. However, under court order HonorHealth is not permitted to allow a technician access to a hospital facility without the supervision of the authorized neurologist and, in this case, without a physician order.
