SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- Police have arrested the man they say tried to sexually assault a woman at gunpoint inside a restroom at the Hilton in Old Town Tuesday.According to police, Jason Lee Jones, 31, was arrested and booked into jail for one count of assault with intent to commit a sexual offense.Jones was also arrested for an active parole warrant. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) — One person was killed and another person was in critical condition following a shooting in Shelltown early Saturday.The shooting was reported at about 1:30 a.m. near Epsilon St. and 42nd St., according to San Diego Police. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) — More than one million of the 1.95 million mail-in ballots sent to San Diego registered voters have been returned, according to the county.The County Registrar of Voters said Friday they've received more than a million mail-in ballots back with four days left until Election Day.The Registrar said at the same time before the 2016 Presidential election, the county had only received 442,802 ballots back.Saturday, the county opened polling locations from Saturday, Oct. 31 through Monday, Nov. 2 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. All locations will be open again on Tuesday from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.Residents can locate their polling place online here. Voters can also check the back of their sample ballots and voter information pamphlets for assigned polling places.Anyone casting their ballot in person will be required to wear a face covering and to maintain physical distance at polling locations.Poll workers will have a face mask for anyone who forgets to bring on. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - Quiet neighborhood walks have turned disturbing for a growing number of women in Rancho Bernardo.Along Paseo Lucido, feet from a park, Lauren was walking her dog one early evening two weeks ago. She walked past the passenger side of an older, white, 2-door Toyota."The front windows were down and the seat was back ... looked over inside the car and saw he was exposing himself and touching himself," said Lauren.'He' was a large man in his 30s with short dark hair."He smiled when he saw me looking. I immediately looked away. Just very anxious and scared," said Lauren.Lauren took off for a neighbor's house. When she returned minutes later, the car was gone.
