ORANGE COUNTY, California — A man who reportedly sent an email that warned “this place will burn down” was arrested in connection with the ongoing investigation into the Holy Fire in the Orange County area.The Orange County Register reported 51-year-old Forrest Gordon Clark was arrested by sheriff’s deputies, and U.S. Forest Service officials confirmed Clark was booked into Orange County Jail Wednesday on suspicion of two counts of felony arson, one count of felony threat to terrorize and one count of misdemeanor resisting arrest.Clark is being held on million bail. His arraignment is scheduled for Thursday.A volunteer fire chief told the Orange County Register that Clark sent him threatening emails last week, including one with the “this place will burn down” statement.In the Register’s report, the volunteer fire chief said that “Clark ran through the community screaming last week and sent an email predicting "Holy Jim, with roots to the Reconstruction Era, would burn.”According to the Register, Clark owns a cabin located in the Holy Fire’s burn area. (KGTV) — An investigation is underway to find a mail thief who appears to be targeting military families living on Camp Pendleton.A few weeks ago, Jessica, a Marine wife who lives on the base, went to her mailbox and saw a card from a friend in Arkansas."Opened up my card, and after I opened it, I realized there was a slit down the side," said Jessica.After a closer look, Jessica realized someone had been in her mail."A clean cut down the side. Didn't get caught on anything. A machine didn't make this ... Just irritated. It's an invasion of privacy," said Jessica.Jessica says her card never did contain any cash or gift cards, but others on base haven't been as lucky."They're furious, and they want something done," said Jessica.Jessica says on various Facebook pages connected to the base, hundreds have posted photos of tampered mail received in the past two months. The envelopes are usually missing cash, gift cards or checks."Pretty disgusting. Pretty shameful ... It's no accident it's happening to us. Military families are an easy target. OAKLAND, Calif. -- The United States Geological Survey is reporting that an earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of 3.5 has struck just outside of Oakland. The earthquake struck at 7:18 p.m. just two miles outside of Oakland Monday. ORLANDO, Fla. - A baby born at 22 weeks and weighing just 12 ounces is going home after spending six months at the Orlando Health Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women & Babies.Doctors said in a press release that baby Diana Peguero is the tiniest baby to ever survive and graduate from the hospital's NICU. Today, she weighs over 7 pounds and is currently thriving at home.According to the Orlando Sentinel, Diana's mother, Jomary Tavarez, was starting to dilate when she went in for a routine checkup in April at 20 weeks pregnant.Doctors then admitted Jomary to Winnie Palmer, and on Mother's Day, Diana was born weighing 12 ounces and was nine inches long.However, after examining her size and development, doctors believe Diana was younger than 22 weeks since gestational age is just an estimate.From May 10 to Nov. 6, Diana spent her first six months of her life in the hospital's NICU, but doctors said she never needed any life-saving surgeries.A few days after giving birth to Diana, doctors discharged Tavarez from the hospital, the newspaper reported. For six months, the couple traveled from their home in Ocala, Florida, to the hospital to see their daughter.According to the newspaper, doctors initially told Tavarez and her husband Federico that most babies, Diana's size, didn't survive the first three days, which Diana did.Diana's medical team continued to set more goals for Diana, which she continued to pass, the newspaper reported.By the end of June, her parents could carry her for the first time. In July, they got to hold her, the paper reported.Diana's parents are thrilled to finally take their first and only child home, especially for Federico, with her coming home a day after his birthday."It's a bittersweet day for us in the NICU," said Dr. Thais Queliz, a neonatologist at Orlando Health Winnie Palmer.
