CHULA VISTA, Calif. (KGTV) -- The man accused of shooting and killing an employee at a South Bay fast-food restaurant and injuring two others pleaded not guilty in court Tuesday. A judge at the arraignment ordered Albert Lee Blake be held on million bail, noting he poses extreme danger to the public. Demonstrators say doctors offering free flu clinic services at the Chula Vista Border Patrol Station on Monday were turned away. At least 300 employees with the district opted for early retirement, some of whom retired this December. Peter Bishop has worked for the district for more than 17 years as a math and science teacher.
