He said even his wife went home early. But the Republican stayed neck in neck with the incumbent all evening."Then the polls and stuff actually went down. So they stopped reporting for about 10 minutes and we were stuck on the last four counties. I was losing within half a point. Then they all came in at the same time and I went up and won by 350 votes," Phillips said.Phillips said he spoke with a couple other lawmakers and put a few posts on social media. That was the extent of his campaign."Straight party voting was huge for the Republican party. They came out and they wanted the Republicans in and I was the Republican. Nasim Aghdam, the woman accused of shooting and injuring multiple people at YouTube headquarters in San Bruno before turning the gun on herself, drove up from San Diego, according to KRON.Authorities said they believe the incident stemmed from a domestic dispute. KRON reports that the woman shot her boyfriend and that the others injured were caught in the crossfire. Officials in San Bruno said Tuesday afternoon that three people were wounded and the suspect died of a possible self-inflicted gunshot wound.Police were called to the headquarters just before 1 p.m. and were on scene within two minutes.After arriving on scene, officers found a wounded victim outside the building before encountering a second person, who was likely a suspect, shot from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.Officers later found two others wounded in a nearby business, officials said. Helicopter video shows hundreds of people running out of the building with their hands up after shots reportedly rang out.A witness reported hearing as many as 20 shots, according to KRON. (KGTV) — Police have arrested two suspects in the death of a teenager found in a National City alley in November.National City Police said Friday that 18-year-old Jonathan Cardona Martinez, of San Diego, and 18-year-old Alan Monroy, of Chula Vista, were arrested for the murder of 17-year-old Ivan Rojas on Nov. 27.Rojas was found just before 1:30 a.m. in the west alley of 1900 C Avenue suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. First responders arrived and performed life-saving measures, but Rojas died at the scene.Both Martinez and Monroy have been arraigned on first-degree murder charges and are being held on million bail.Anyone with information on the case is asked to call National City Police at 619-336-4460. 751
