(KGTV) -- A project that would create thousands of homes in San Diego County is heading to the ballot on March 3. If approved, Measure B, also known as Newland Sierra, would affirm the San Diego County Board of Supervisors’ unanimous approval of the changes to the general plan. The project includes 2,135 homes, 60 percent of which would be affordable for working families, according to Kenneth Moore, a spokesperson for the Yes on B campaign. The project would be built just off I-15 next to the cities of Escondido, San Marcos, and Vista. Newland Sierra also preserves more than 60 percent of the property as permanent open space. It would take another six to seven years to construct the entire project. Moore says construction on the infrastructure could begin as early as late 2021 or 2022. New homes would then start being sold and under construction by 2024. If the measure doesn’t get approved, however, Moore says that’s it for Newland Sierra. “Somebody could then move forward with the development of the current general plan zoning that allows a massive commercial development and estate homes," Moore says.  SAN DIEGO (CNS) - Strong and gusty Santa Ana winds, low humidity and high temperatures will persist Friday, with a red flag warning denoting a strong risk of wildfire in effect for the San Diego County mountains and valleys.The National Weather Service issued a red flag warning that went into effect at 10 a.m. Thursday in the county mountains and valleys and lasts until 10 p.m. Friday. The NWS also issued a high wind warning for the county mountains and valleys that remains in effect until 6 p.m. Friday.Along with low humidity levels, the strong Santa Ana winds blowing north to northeast are to blame for the fire danger, with winds of 20 to 30 mph in the forecast and gusts near 55 mph possible near the top of the county mountains, according to the NWS. Humidity was expected to drop to 3-8 percent Friday.Fuels are very dry and fires will grow rapidly and be difficult to control upon ignition, according to the Santa Ana Wildfire Threat Index.Warm seasonal temperatures were also expected to add to the potential fire danger. High temperatures Friday will be 81 to 86 degrees in the western valleys, 73 to 78 near the foothills and 60 to 69 in the mountains, NWS forecasters said.With the heightened fire danger, authorities recommended that residents avoid outdoor burning and have emergency preparedness kits in order."An emergency can happen at any time," a forecaster said in a statement on the Santa Ana Wildfire Threat Index Website. "Clean debris away from your house. The company sent a letter to Posare salon, threatening to sue the owner if she didn't silence Toni or fire her.  As for consumers, Grabowski says, "Everyone is entitled to their opinion. By the way, there is not a constitutional right to complain about a company. A company has a right to respond any way it wants to." The Federal Trade Commission's Consumer Review Fairness Act "Protects consumers' ability to share their honest opinions about a business' products, services or conduct in any forum, including social media."  But that's not enough. This request for a restraining order against Monat was filed March 7 in South Florida, asking a court to protect consumers against Monat's "Threats, harassment and intimidation."Monat says one stylist has agreed to pay them to settle its claims against her.  Miller is still fighting.  Monat sent this statement for consumers: "If a consumer feels that he or she is having a negative reaction to MONAT products, we encourage them to speak with their Market Partner to obtain an intake form.
