SAN DIEGO (CNS) - The FBI reached out to the public Wednesday for help in tracking down a man who faces federal charges for allegedly operating San Diego-based pornographic websites that recruited young women and at least one teenage girl to engage in commercial sex acts by force, fraud and coercion.The federal agency has posted a reward of up to ,000 for information leading to the arrest of 37-year-old Michael James Pratt, who co-owned and ran online sites called "Girls Do Porn" and "Girls Do Toys."An indictment unsealed last fall alleges that Pratt also produced pornographic content involving a 16-year-old girl.Pratt and his co-defendants allegedly videotaped sex acts under the guise of distributing the footage only to private clients, then disseminated the clips online without the victims' knowledge or consent.In January, a judge awarded about million to nearly two dozen women who sued the owners and operators of GirlsDoPorn.com. SAN DIEGO (CNS) - The San Diego City Council declined to report details of its closed-door discussion Tuesday on a draft appraisal of price and payment terms for the city's potential sale of the SDCCU Stadium site to San Diego State University.The council met in closed session to discuss the undisclosed terms of the appraisal with its negotiating team, composed of officials in various city departments and the city attorney's office. Both the city and SDSU have expressed an intent to exchange the property for "fair market value," but what that entails remains opaque.D.F. Davis Real Estate estimated the fair market value of the site sits at .2 million, according to documents.The city is currently in the process of selling a 132-acre parcel of land to SDSU as the university intends to redevelop the parcel, which includes SDCCU Stadium, into a 35,000-seat stadium to be primarily used by the university's football team, a satellite campus, a park along the San Diego River and commercial and residential space.After the closed session, City Councilwoman Barbara Bry called for the draft appraisal to be released to the public and for all future discussions of the sale to take place in an open session."It is now time for SDSU to make an offer which honors the terms of Measure G and the promises that were made during the campaign," Bry said in a statement. SAN DIEGO (CNS) - Police sought the public's help Tuesday to find a Navy SEAL veteran last seen more than two weeks ago at his residence in the Chollas Lake Park area.Johnathan Steven Surmont, 45, was last seen Aug. 27 and was last heard from when he contacted his ex-wife Aug. 31 to tell her he was in a "rough place" in Los Angeles, according to a missing person bulletin from the San Diego Police Department. His vehicle was found four days later, on Sept. 3, in La Jolla.In a video posted to Vimeo dated three years ago, Surmont described himself as a disabled veteran who spent 15 years as a Navy SEAL."I was a SEAL sniper, communicator and unmanned systems expert," he said in a testimonial for the Red Circle Foundation, an organization that describes itself as supporting the families of fallen and wounded U.S. Special Operations forces."I'm a single father and a small business owner," Surmont said before describing a long list of injuries, which he said included "a traumatic brain injury" and "about 17 different areas that I'm experiencing chronic pain on a daily basis."
