BEIJING, Dec. 12 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Defense Minister Chang Wanquan said Tuesday China is willing to work with Iran to maintain friendly military exchanges and strengthen cooperation.

Liu also pledged that China will open wider to the world across the board.
