"The inventory is very low."Part of that spreads beyond new first-time buyers to "people who are looking to relocate to South Florida from crowded metropolitan areas," Heatzig said. It's a new yet crowded field in the South Florida real estate market. This story was first reported by Tory Dunnan at WPTV in West Palm Beach, Florida. 2344

Former Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke is being criticized on social media after making homophobic comments while referencing the "locker room talk" war of words between President Donald Trump and former Vice President Joe Biden. Biden told a Florida crowd Tuesday that he would "beat the hell out of Trump" if they were in high school and Trump made lewd comments recorded during an Access Hollywood interview several years ago.Trump clapped back Thursday, calling Biden "mentally and physically" weak, and tweeting that Biden would "go down fast and hard, crying all the way." In a Wednesday tweet, Clarke zeroed in on Biden's comment that he's been around a lot of locker rooms in his life, and stated "Please tell us why and what you were doing hanging around all those locker rooms, Joe? Taking in the sights? Did the soap keep falling out of your hands Joe?" 888

For decades, memories of World War I have been preserved only in murky archival film. The color of uniforms, the sound of a canon firing, the faces of soldiers are all often inscrutable, at risk of being lost to time."They Shall Not Grow Old," a film by award-winning director and producer Peter Jackson brings more vivid life to the Great War -- and the soldiers who fought in it.The film restores and transforms century-old footage obtained from the Imperial War Museum of London into images more closely akin to the modern-day blockbusters for which Jackson is known. The archival black-and-white scenes of soldiers at war and at play are made over with the addition of color and texture. 698
