President Donald Trump tweeted early Friday morning he and first lady Melania Trump have tested positive for the coronavirus. "Tonight, @FLOTUS and I tested positive for COVID-19," Trump tweeted. In the meantime, we will begin our quarantine process!" (KGTV) - Over the past week, two different red flag warnings have plagued San Diego's East County communities. The Cornerstone Therapeutic Riding Center in Ramona was suffered damage from a wind storm Tuesday night. RANCHO BERNARDO (KGTV) - A 54-year-old man was pinned between two cars when he was rear-ended by a teen later arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. The victim was towing his Nissan Sentra in a BMW when he stopped check the tow straps in the 14900 block of Camino Del Norte in Rancho Bernardo around 9 p.m. Saturday. Related: Valley Center wrong-way head-on crash As he stood between the two vehicles a 16-year-old boy in a 2000 Nissan Xterra rear-ended the vehicles and pinned him between both the BMW and Nissan Sentra.According to Officer Robert Heims, the force of the collision broke both of the man's legs. Reservations will be required on Amtrak's Pacific Surfliner route during the Thanksgiving holiday period to safely manage the increase of travelers and control the spread of COVID-19.The company announced Thursday that a reservation will be required on trains that travel between San Diego, Orange, Los Angeles, Ventura, Santa Barbara, and San Luis Obispo counties beginning Monday, Nov. 23 through Nov. 30 to help manage the capacity and allow customers to socially distance.Additionally, the Rail 2 Rail program will be suspended during this period, and monthly Metrolink and COASTER passes will not be accepted onboard Pacific Surfliner trains on these dates.Amtrak monthly and 10-ride passes may still be used.
