A Kansas State Men’s basketball player is in federal custody Tuesday after he was arrested by U.S. Marshals in Kansas City.K-State junior guard Amaad Wainright is facing two charges out of Johnson County, Kansas, including fleeing and eluding and obstruction of justice in connection to a road rage incident on Jan. 17, 2018 in Overland Park along Interstate 435.A police report indicates that someone fired a shot from Wainright's car.The U.S. Marshal’s Office in Kansas City said that they arrested Wainright Monday in Kansas City on a warrant out of Johnson County, Kansas.The circumstances of his arrest weren’t immediately known.Wainright is from Kansas City, Missouri.K-State Director of Athletics' Gene Taylor says Wainright has been suspended from the team.“We are aware of Amaad’s situation, and due to the seriousness of the charges he has been indefinitely suspended from our men’s basketball team per athletic department policy," Taylor said in a statement. A Florida man accused of groping a passenger on Southwest Airlines told an FBI agent after his arrest that the "President of the United States says it's OK to grab women by their private parts," according to a criminal complaint.Bruce Michael Alexander, 49, a Tampa resident, was in federal custody after being charged federally on Sunday with abusive sexual contact on a female passenger during a flight from Houston to Albuquerque, New Mexico, the complaint said.It's unclear if Alexander has an attorney.The charge carries a maximum penalty of two years in prison and a 0,000 fine.The woman was identified in court documents as "C.W." A college football player from the College of Wooster in Ohio died on Sunday, after he was transported to the hospital following a game on Saturday. Clayton Geib, who was an All-Conference offensive lineman from London, Ohio, died at the age of 21. Geib was a three-year starter for NCAA Division III Wooster, starting in 33 games. According to the college's athletic department, Geib was transported to the hospital on Saturday after complaining that he did not feel well. The cause of his death is unknown. "Clayton was a wonderful student and member of the College of Wooster community, and beloved by many," said Sarah R. Bolton, Wooster's president, "Our hearts are breaking, and all our prayers and thoughts are with Clayton's family, teammates, and friends."Wooster is located Northeast Ohio. Geib's death is the second among college football players in the area this year. In June, freshman Tyler Heintz died following football conditioning drills at Kent State. Heintz's cause of death was ruled as hyperthermia by a coroner. It was later discovered that Kent State employed a conditioning coach who could not produce proper credentials.  1230
