The FBI said a contract security officer was killed and another injured in a shooting outside the U.S. courthouse in Oakland. Authorities say a vehicle pulled up outside the Ronald V. The Federal Aviation Administration is warning airlines to check their Boeing airplanes for an issue that could be a problem with the wings.The FAA says faulty parts are at risk of cracking and premature failure.
