"I love having the space, having a yard," Stewart said, talking about why she and her husband moved to the suburbs. Illinois authorities are investigating allegations of neglect after a fire in Chicago killed 10 children, officials said Tuesday.Eight bodies were discovered Sunday after the blaze broke out in the two-story building.
