According to him, the food was cold and items were missing, so he drove back through the drive thru to get his order fixed — while recording the incident on his phone.The employee working the drive-thru handled Lamb's complaint and told him to call the restaurant the next morning in order to remedy the situation.But things quickly got heated out of nowhere.
