WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — A Hurricans Warning has been issued on Friday for Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast due to the threat of Hurricane Isaias over the weekend.The Hurricane Warning extends from Boca Raton to the Volusia/Brevard County line in Central Florida.As of 5 p.m. Friday, the storm is packing maximum sustained winds of 75 mph, and is moving northwest at 15 mph. The forecast cone has shifted farther west, with the eye of the hurricane very close to the Palm Beach County coastline.According to the National Hurricane Center, hurricane hunters are finding that Isaias is getting better organized and tropical storm conditions and heavy rains are spreading into the central Bahamas.Isaias became a Category 1 hurricane late Thursday night, and is no longer expected to strengthen into a Category 2 hurricane as it approaches the Bahamas on Saturday, according to the National Hurricane Center.On the forecast track, the center of Isaias will continue to move near or over the Southeastern Bahamas this afternoon and evening. Mnuchin assures that the fine-tuned proposal has the support of President Donald Trump. Wednesday morning people in Baltimore found the Francis Scott Key statue vandalized. According to a photographer at the statue, it was spray painted from the sidewalk to the top its columns. Francis Scott Key was a lawyer, author, and poet from Frederick, Maryland. His poem "The Defense of Fort McHenry" eventually became the United State's national anthem, "The Star-Spangled Banner.""Racist anthem" was spray painted on the statue. WASHINGTON, D.C. – Two different doses of a thyroid medication are being recalled because they're not potent enough.The Food and Drug Administration announced Thursday that Acella Pharmaceuticals is voluntarily recalling one lot of 15-milligram and one lot of 120-milligram NP Thyroid?, Thyroid Tablets.The products may have as low as 87% of the labeled amount of levothyroxine, which is used to treat hypothyroidism (an underactive thyroid), according to the FDA.The company’s risk statement says patients being treated for hypothyroidism who receive sub potent NP Thyroid may experience symptoms of hypothyroidism, including fatigue, increased sensitivity to cold, constipation, dry skin, puffy face, hair loss, slow heart rate, depression, swelling of the thyroid gland and/or unexplained weight gain or difficulty losing weight.“There is reasonable risk of serious injury in newborn infants or pregnant women with hypothyroidism including early miscarriage, fetal hyperthyroidism, and/or impairments to fetal neural and skeletal development,” wrote Acella. “In elderly patients and patients with underlying cardiac disease toxic cardiac manifestations of hyperthyroidism may occur, such as cardiac pain, palpitations or cardiac arrhythmia.”So far, Acella says it has received four reports of "adverse events" for these lot numbers, possibly related to the recall.The products subject to recall are packed in 100-count bottles. Their lot numbers are M327E19-1 and M328F19-3.
