According to police, the couple was expected in San Francisco earlier in the day, but they never showed up.When police arrived at the home on the 7400 block of Via Rivera in Torrey Highlands just before 10 p.m. Saturday, they saw the body of a person through a window of the home. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - One of the FBI’s 'Ten Most Wanted Fugitives' from Las Vegas may be hiding in the San Diego area, the FBI said Tuesday.Jesus Robert Munguia is accused of bludgeoning his wife to death in 2008 in Nevada.The FBI said Sherryl Sacueza left Munguia and took the couple’s four young children with her. Munguia learned his wife was romantically involved with another man and persuaded her to return home with the children, said agents.Investigators said Sacueza returned and Managua locked the children in a bedroom before driving Sacueza to a remote area, attempting to strangle her, and beating her with what may have been a tire iron.FBI public affairs agent Mollie Halpern said Munguia uses aliases including Mono, Chuy, and Miguel. Munguia has a tattoo on his chest that reads “My Baby Jessica” and a tattoo of a teardrop near his left eye. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - Pounds of marijuana, concentrates and edibles, cash, and handguns were seized from a Pacific Beach pot dispensary Thursday.San Diego Police raided Truly Green, located at 4150 Mission Blvd., at about 8 a.m. for illegally operating the business.The seizure included 57 pounds of high-grade marijuana, more than 1400 marijuana concentrates and edibles, ,100 in cash, and two handguns.Two employees were arrested for possession of marijuana for sale and operating a business without a permit.
