(KGTV) - A San Bernardino County woman is suing the California Department of Fish and Wildlife and state Natural Resources Agency for not acknowledging the existence of Bigfoot.Claudia Ackley told The Press-Enterprise she ran into the long-fabled creature while hiking in Lake Arrowhead last year. Ackely said she was hiking late one March day when she and her two daughters ran into a Sasquatch."I ran into a Sasquatch – a Bigfoot. We were face to face. He was 30 feet up in the tree," Akley told the paper. "He looked like a Neanderthal man with hair all over him. He had solid black eyes. He had no expression on his face at all. He did not show his teeth. He just stared at the three of us."Ackley said her daughter told her she saw two other creatures run away following the encounter, adding that her daughter captured the encounter on video - which Press-Enterprise published online."People have to be warned about these things. They are big," Ackley said. "We’re totally vulnerable to these things."The lawsuit, filed on Jan. 18, alleges the state departments of failing to acknowledge the existence of the Sasquatch species, despite documented and scientific evidence, according to Press-Enterprise. 1256

(KGTV) — Attorney General William Barr has decided to self-quarantine out of caution after President Donald Trump and several other lawmakers and aides tested positive for the coronavirus this week.Barr has had four COVID-19 tests since Friday and all have been negative, according to Justice Department spokesperson Kerri Kupec. (CNN) -- President Donald Trump said Friday that athlete and activist Colin Kaepernick, a former quarterback for the San Francisco 49ers who's now a free agent, should be allowed an opportunity to play again in the National Football League — but "only if he's good enough.""Frankly, I'd love to see Kaepernick come in — if he's good enough," the President told reporters at the White House on Friday. "But I don't want to see him come in because somebody thinks it's a good PR move. If he's good enough, he will be in."On Wednesday, Kaepernick posted a video on his Twitter account of him working out to show that he's ready to play again if given the chance.Trump added that he knows many of the NFL team owners."If he's good enough, they'd sign him," Trump said. "So if he's good enough, I know these people, they would sign him in a heartbeat. (KGTV) — A Los Angeles-area police pursuit ended late Tuesday with a suspect breakdancing as officers held him a gunpoint before being arrested.The chase took California Highway Patrol officers through the San Fernando Valley after the suspect failed to yield to commands to stop, according to ABC-affiliate KABC.Officers pursued the suspect over the 101 Freeway, north on the 405 Freeway, and then east onto the 118 Freeway.As the driver slowed in the Pacoima area, officers were able to enact a PIT maneuver and spin the suspect's vehicle out.The driver exited the vehicle and began walking backward toward CHP officers. But before turning himself over, he stopped and began breakdancing in the street, as officers kept their firearms trained on the man.After a short dance, the man surrendered to police without incident. 832
