BEECH GROVE, Ind. — A man has been arrested after he recorded himself dumping a bag of flour onto the head of a 68-year-old woman at a Beech Grove, Indiana Walmart on Wednesday. An off-duty IMPD officer working at the Walmart on Emerson Avenue just after 10 a.m. when he was informed of the incident. The 68-year-old woman was shopping in the store when a man she didn't know snuck up behind her and dumped an entire bag of flour on her head. The suspect, Phillip Weaver, 22, recorded the incident on Facebook Live and shared it on his social media page. Weaver was arrested Thursday afternoon. He's been preliminarily charged with battery, theft, theft of a firearm and criminal mischief in reference to that incident. Final charges will be determined by the Marion County Prosecutor's office. The incident remains under investigation.  A quick view at Weaver's social media pages shows that he regularly records himself doing what he calls "pranks" to other people in public places and shares them with his followers. Barack Obama made a surprise appearance at Michelle Obama's book tour in Washington, comparing himself to Jay-Z at a Beyonce concert.The former president showed up with a bouquet of flowers during the promotional event for his wife's memoir, "Becoming," in the nation's capital on Saturday night."This is like - you know when Jay-Z comes out during the Beyonce concert? ... Like, Crazy in Love?" he said, referring to instances when the rapper appears at his wife's concerts during performances of her famous song. "It's the same thing. BOCA RATON, Fla. — New developments in the investigation into a Boca Raton pet store where authorities say a dead puppy and several sick puppies were found late last year.The owner of Poochie Couture was arrested on Tuesday and is facing multiple animal cruelty charges.Marc Rosenbluth, 37, has since bonded out of jail.Last November, dozens of puppies were removed from Poochie Couture by Palm Beach County Animal Care and Control, and the pet store was shut down.Rosenbluth surrendered some of the dogs after Boca Raton Police and Animal Care and Control said they found a dead 3-month-old puppy, along with several other sick animals."Had we not gotten there with Boca P.D., most likely the death toll would have much higher," said Dianne Sauve, the director of Palm Beach County Animal Care and ControlSauve said closing the pet store is a victory.Records show that of the 58 dogs inside the shop, investigators found the dead puppy and six french bulldogs that were sick with multiple problems. Two of them needed intensive care.Rosenbluth's arrest report said Poochie Couture lacked prevention of injury and did not assist with ongoing veterinary care."It is a shame some animals had to die in a result of this," said Kelly Evans, who called police in November, claiming Rosenbluth and his wife were not taking care of their puppies. "I am glad he is arrested now and there is some justice for the animals."Sauve said ACC likes to tell people to always adopt and don't shop. BONSALL, Calif. (KGTV) -- A man died Monday afternoon after his tractor reportedly flipped over in Bonsall.According to North County firefighters, the incident happened on the 30000 block of Cll La Reina. The man was doing yard work when the John Deer tractor went down a steep hill and started to accelerate before darting off the road, down an embankment and flipping over several times. During the incident, the man was thrown from the tractor. The man was pronounced dead when deputies arrived. The Medical Examiner's office is conducting an investigation.  599
