(KGTV) — A 4.3-magnitude earthquake struck the Searles Valley area of San Bernadino County late Sunday.The quake was recorded at about 9:15 p.m. about 14 miles outside of Ridgecrest, Calif., according to the USGS. No injuries or damages were immediately reported.According to the USGS' "Did You Feel It?" map, not San Diego County responses were submitted.Last week, a 5.5-magnitude earthquake was reported in the same region outside Ridgecrest. (KGTV) - Did NYPD use a picture of actor Woody Harrelson to catch a thief using facial recognition software?Yes.The actual security footage of a beer thief was too pixelated and produced no match in the department's facial recognition software. But since he looked like Woody Harrelson, they put a photo of the actor into the database. It produced several matches and led to an arrest.The NYPD says it never arrests someone on facial recognition alone. 462

(KGTV) - A Pennsylvania groom is accused of sexually assaulting one of his wife’s bridesmaids days before his wedding, which occurred as scheduled. Daniel Carney, 28, is charged with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse of an unconscious person and indecent assault at the Smithfield resort Aug. 30. Police said the assault reportedly happened after Carney and the bridesmaid were drinking alcohol. The bridesmaid told officers she blacked out, and when she regained consciousness her clothes were removed and Carney was fondling her. Surveillance video shows Carney pulling the woman into the men’s locker room, police said. According to police, the assault stopped when the bride caught him, but the wedding went on as planned Sept. 1. Court documents show investigators listened in on a call between Carney and his accuser, KABC reported.
