TIJUANA (KGTV) -- Mexico's president, Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador, spoke at a unity rally on Saturday evening, just hours after coming to an agreement with the U.S. avoiding tariffs on Mexican goods. In his speech to a crowd of thousands, the president said the tariffs would have impacted both economies.
