BEIJING, April 10 (Xinhua) -- China's top legislature will convene its bi-monthly session from April 20 to 24, its chairman and vice-chairpeople decided at a meeting on on Friday.

The Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the National Health and Family Planning Commission will undertake the majority of the suggestions.
