(CNN) -- Target's revamped loyalty program is ready for its nationwide debut.Target Circle will be available to shoppers in the United States beginning October 6. Program perks include earning 1% on Target purchases, personalized deals and early access to its sales. The launch follows an 18-month test in six cities that garnered 2 million members.The expansion of the loyalty program complements Target's branded credit card, Redcard, which only a quarter of its customers use. It also replaces Cartwheel, a separate discount program, in an attempt to offer a "more seamless, intuitive shopping experience."The program is free. Target will begin automatically enrolling members that have Target.com and Redcard accounts. To use it, customers can swipe a barcode from the Target app or provide their phone number at checkout.The company has said earlier this year that Target Circle also gives the company more data about shopping habits. For example, if Target knows a shopper frequently buys diapers and baby products, it could email the customer an offer for diapers."This will help Target build a more complete picture of shoppers," said Neil Saunders, managing director at GlobalData Retail previously told CNN Business. (KGTV) - KGTV and Team10 have launched the Transparency Project to allow the public to view case files from San Diego County over the past 10 years where officer involved shootings and law enforcement misconduct cases were investigated. For many of these cases, the officers were cleared of wrongdoing. Others resulted in officers being reprimanded, fired or even charged criminally --- but all of these cases resulted in community reactions. It requires California law enforcement agencies to make internal reports for officer-involved shootings and major uses of force, officer dishonesty and confirmed cases of sexual assault available to the public. The project includes a searchable database, where you can find cases by the name of the officer involved, the name of the victim/suspect, the department and much more. (CNN) -- Two Disney employees were arrested in a child pornography sting orchestrated by the Polk County Sheriff's Office in Florida.They were among 17 men nabbed in an undercover sting operation, according to a press release from the agency.Brett Kinney, 40, of Lake Alfred, Florida, told investigators he was a guest experience manager at Disney World, according to the release. Kinney was arrested and charged with one count of promotion of child pornography and 24 counts of possession of child pornography-enhanced, the release said.A Disney spokesperson told CNN by phone that Kinney was no longer employed with the company following his arrest in the sting.In the release, the sheriff's office alleges that Kinney would search online for images of boys from toddlers to 10 years old. He was caught during a peer- to -peer investigation of alleged child pornography.When confronted by investigators, Kinney told them that he had an addiction to child pornography and had been viewing it for 22 years, according to the release.A second Disney employee, Donald Durr Jr., was also arrested by the Polk County Sheriff's Office. Durr, 52, of Davenport, Florida, told investigators he was a custodial worker at Walt Disney Resorts. He was arrested and charged with eight counts of possession of child pornography and one count of promotion of sexual performance by a child.Durr is on unpaid leave, a Disney spokesperson told CNN.Investigators discovered an electronic tablet with three images of child pornography and a DVD created by Durr nine years ago showing explicit images of a child, the sheriff's press release said.Durr described himself during an interview with detectives as "a pervert, but not a monster," according to the release.CNN has reached out to both men for responses to the charges they face but has not yet heard back.
