SAN DIEGO (KGTV) — San Diego Police are warning parents in the Carmel Valley area after a man reportedly exposed himself to students walking to school Tuesday.Police say a man was in the passenger side of a parked car on Carmel Creek Road, and exposed and touched himself inappropriately with the car door open. Neighbors told 10News a mom, dad and baby duck were crossing the road around 5 a.m. when a newspaper delivery driver ran them over.Several residents reported that the driver responsible delivers the San Diego Union-Tribune newspaper and regularly speeds on their narrow roads.The UT told 10News their carriers are employed by a separate company but issued the following statement: "We have learned that a carrier from an independent distributor, who delivers The San Diego Union-Tribune, may have been involved in an auto collision involving a family of ducks. The new report looked at 182 cities around the United States and ranked them based on rental affordability and quality of life. According to the report, San Diego is the 177th least affordable place to rent out of the 182 cities. Only five cities in the U.S., most of them in California, are less affordable than San Diego. Those cities are Santa Ana, Santa Rosa, Bridgeport, Connecticut, Oceanside, California and Hialeah, Florida. However, when it comes to quality of life, San Diego placed 2nd, only topped by Scottsdale, Arizona. Overall, America’s Finest City placed 44th on the list.
