 [Breaking news update at 2:10 p.m. ET]Travis Reinking, the man suspected of killing four people at a Nashville-area Waffle House on Sunday, is now in custody, Metro Nashville police said. — CNN Newsource[Previous story]The man suspected of shooting and killing four people at a Nashville-area Waffle House has been linked to a vehicle theft at a Brentwood, Tennessee BMW dealership.Sources said that a suspect stole the vehicle from the dealership last Tuesday. That suspect is believed to be Travis Reinking, the man accused of Sunday's Waffle House shooting. Reinking remains at large, and authorities are offering a reward for information leading to his capture. After a brief chase, the car was recovered in a neighborhood, located near Reinking’s apartment.No one was ever arrested, but now Reinking has emerged as the prime suspect in the case.There is surveillance video of both the theft from the dealership and the chase. Investigators made the connection after seeing photos of Reinking after Sunday’s shooting.Brentwood Police officials confirmed there was an auto theft and brief chase.They also now are in close contact with Nashville police and law enforcement agencies – FBI, TBI and ATF – who are investigating the mass shooting.It’s possible video of the car theft suspect and more details will be released later today.   1402

SAN YSIDRO, Calif. (KGTV) - San Diego Police shot a man who died Wednesday at a San Ysidro mobile home park. The incident happened at Willow Road and East Calle Primera about 1:45 p.m., police confirmed.According to police, witnesses say the suspect, who was only described as a Hispanic man in his 50s, was walking through mobile home park with an AK-47-style rifle. A witness told police that the man was acting odd and appeared to be hiding from someone. Several people in the area say the man pointed the rifle at them. After police arrived on scene, the man approached the officers’ location and fired a round from the rifle, police say. An officer ordered the man to drop the weapon, but he didn’t cooperate. At that point, a witness said the man raised the weapon in the direction of the officers and gunshots were heard again before the suspect fell to the ground. Officers administered first aid until medics arrived. The suspect, who hasn’t yet been identified, was pronounced dead at the scene. Police confirmed that one officer, a 2-and-a-half year veteran of the department, shot the man. The officer’s name isn’t being released at this time.  A longtime program focused on feeding the homeless at Mary Star of the Sea Church in La Jolla has been cancelled because of concerns about Hepatitis A. The founder of "So Others May Eat", Tresha Souza, tells 10 News the pastor of the church informed her at the end of October that she would no longer be able to serve people at their facility, citing concerns about the recent Hep A outbreak. The Catholic Diocese issued the following statement: “We’re sorry for any misunderstandings that have arisen regarding the ‘So Others May Eat’ dinners that used to take place at Mary Star of the Sea.  A major renovation forced us to close our parish hall for the past several months and we have had to redirect where and how we do our part to serve the less fortunate in our parish.   We have not and will never turn our backs on the poor.  As a parish, we will respond to the needs of our community; we will overcome the challenges posed by the Hepatitis outbreak and we will continue to provide assistance to the homeless people and families who need our help and our prayers.”  1122
