He and a few friends rented ATV’s but his mother, Theresa Carrico, said he hit something and lost control.“He flew over the handles and the ATV rolled on top of him and crushed him,” said Carrico.His liver was severely damaged. He also suffered a punctured lung and had internal bleeding. He underwent surgery at Velmar Hospital and was placed on life support. He also has to undergo daily kidney dialysis.His mother said, he does not have health insurance in the United States but his employer paid the first ,000 payment.On Monday, she said the hospital told them they owe another ,000.Making matters more pressing, on Monday night they learned he was going into septic shock and may also have contracted a dangerous fungus on his nose that could spread to his brain. Facebook has removed dozens of fake accounts, pages and Instagram accounts “linked to Roger Stone and his associates” that they believe were involved in spreading disinformation to American users of the social media channels.“The people behind this activity used fake accounts — some of which had already been detected and disabled by our automated systems — to pose as residents of Florida, post and comment on their own content to make it appear more popular than it is, evade enforcement, and manage Pages,” Facebook said in a posted statement.Facebook says they removed 54 Facebook accounts, 50 pages and 4 Instagram accounts connected to this coordinated network. The accounts and pages were most active between 2015 and 2017. According to Facebook, the majority of these accounts have been unused since then."In each case, the people behind this activity coordinated with one another and used fake accounts as a central part of their operations to mislead people about who they are and what they are doing, and that was the basis for our action," Facebook said.The fake accounts posted content about Florida politics, the 2016 political candidates, hacked materials released by Wikileaks ahead of the 2016 election, in addition to the Roger Stone trial, and other information about Roger Stone and his pages, websites, books and appearances.Stone, an ally of President Trump, was convicted on seven counts including lying to congress and obstructing the House investigation into any coordination between the Trump campaign and Russia ahead of the 2016 election.Earlier this year, the FBI unsealed records that showed Stone bought hundreds of fake Facebook pages in 2016. ESCONDIDO (CNS) - Two men were stabbed, one fatally, in a gang-related attack at a mobile home park in Escondido and the suspects were at large Saturday morning.The stabbing occurred at 8:30 p.m. Friday in the 500 block of West 15th Avenue near the Centre City Parkway when two men in a black Toyota sedan arrived at the location and began arguing with the victims. At one point in the argument, one of the suspects pulled out a knife and stabbed both victims, according to Lt. Chris Lick of the Escondido Police Department.The victims, ages 30 and 25, were rushed to a hospital where the older man died and the younger man was listed in stable condition, Lick said.The suspects left the area in an unknown direction.
