The organizers behind Time's Up said they will "stand down" on the red carpet at this weekend's Oscar ceremony.Filmmaker Ava DuVernay, who is one of the leaders of the organization, told members of the press on Thursday that the message of Time's Up is not about wearing black to awards shows and overshadowing the main event. Celebrities wore black at January's Golden Globe Awards to show support for the newly-formed anti-sexual harassment initiative."We are not an awards show protest group," DuVernay said. "So we stand down this time. It's really important that you know that Time's Up is not about the red carpet. By looking at the camera, it makes it seem like you are looking at your interviewer directly.Nugent also said your background and setting aren't as important as things like whether or not the place you are sitting is well lit or has good acoustics so your interviewer can hear you properly. The Harford County, Maryland Sheriff's Department is hoping you can help find the people who tried to steal an ATM from a Shell Gas station.The attempted theft happened at 3:34 a.m. on March 16. Two unknown individuals broke into a Shell station in Belcamp, Maryland.Surveillance video shows one suspect wrapping a chain around the ATM.  Another suspect is in a vehicle and tries to pull it out of the store using the vehicle. They were unsuccessful.  Anyone with information is asked to call Detective Amanda McCormack at 443-567-7091 or you can submit an anonymous tip with Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7LOCKUP.  668
