SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- Effective August 31, some businesses throughout San Diego County are allowed to reopen under newly-issued state guidance.Beginning Monday, places of worship, restaurants, museums, gyms, and hair and nail salons, are among entities that can begin operating indoors.Organizations that plan to reopen under the new guidance are advised to update their safe reopening plan.
