Because of that and the cold weather, Ennis is considered at-risk.The man is described as Caucasian, six-feet tall, clean shaven, and with balding gray hair. He is known to walk with a cane, hunched-over. He was last seen wearing a dark blue hat, navy blue jacket, and gray sweatpants.
