(CNN) -- It takes four hands to open this new condom, created by an Argentine company in a bid to highlight the importance of consent.The "Consent Pack" of condoms was designed by ad agency BBDO Argentina for Tulipan, a company which sells adult toys and condoms."If it's not a yes, it's a no," and "Without consent there is no pleasure" says the tagline in the promotional video, along with the hashtag #PlacerConsentido, or "permitted pleasure."Another tagline reads: "Consent is the most important thing in sex."The pack's "unique system" requires four hands -- or two people -- to agree to open it, by clicking four buttons on the top and sides of the box at the same time.Executive creative directors of BBDO Argentina, Joaquin Campins and Christian Rosli, said in a statement to CNN: "Tulipan has always spoken of safe pleasure, but for this campaign we understood that we had to talk about the most important thing in every sexual relationship: pleasure is possible only if you both give your consent first."The condom is limited edition for now and being given to bar customers and attendees of events around Buenos Aires. For many of these cases, the officers were cleared of wrongdoing. Others resulted in officers being reprimanded, fired or even charged criminally --- but all of these cases resulted in community reactions. It requires California law enforcement agencies to make internal reports for officer-involved shootings and major uses of force, officer dishonesty and confirmed cases of sexual assault available to the public. The project includes a searchable database, where you can find cases by the name of the officer involved, the name of the victim/suspect, the department and much more. (KGTV) — Dr. Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease, said a new ad featuring him on behalf of President Trump's coronavirus response was taken out of context.Fauci told CNN in a statement that the ad, which features a clip of Fauci, took his words out of context for the benefit of President Trump. Fauci said he didn't consent to be featured in the ad and that he doesn't provide any political endorsements.In the ad, the clip shows Fauci during an interview saying, "I can't imagine that anybody could be doing more.""In my nearly five decades of public service, I have never publicly endorsed any political candidate. The comments attributed to me without my permission in the GOP campaign ad were taken out of context from a broad statement I made months ago about the efforts of federal public health officials," Fauci said.According to CNN, Fauci's comments were from a March interview with Fox News, in which he comments on the White House's coronavirus task force for its round-the-clock effort to respond to the pandemic.For context, Fauci's quote described the task force's work as: "We've never had a threat like this. Gavin Newsom signed a series of bills on Wednesday aimed at reforming the criminal justice system in California.The series of bills signed by Newsom intends to increase oversight of the criminal justice system, amid nationwide calls for police reform. Newsom and advocates hailed the new laws as first steps in reforming policing in the state.“I hope people recognize we’re moving in the right direction, and again I just recognize we have a lot more work to do in this space and we are not walking away from that responsibility,” Newsom said.The bills signed will enact several reforms including:AB-1196: A ban on arm-based grips, including chokeholds that apply pressure to a person's windpipe, and to carotid holds, which slow the flow of blood to the brain.AB-1506: Requiring the state attorney general to investigate fatal police shootings of unarmed civilians.AB-1185: Allowing county supervisors to create oversight board and inspectors general with subpoena powers over independently elected sheriffs.AB-2542: Suspects could be entitled to new trials or sentences if they can demonstrate racial bias played a role in any part of their case.AB-3070: Allowing judges to assess whether lawyers illegally exclude jurors based on their race.SB-823: Will phase out California's remaining juvenile prisons.
