(KGTV) -- A dramatic arrest of a man following a police pursuit that started in San Juan Capistrano and ended in Oceanside.The California Highway Patrol said it all started around 11 p.m. Sunday night when officers attempted to pull over a silver car that was weaving and traveling with no lights on Interstate 5.
