Musician T.I. was named in an investigation by the Securities and Exchange Commission on Friday in a fraudulent initial coin offering scheme.The SEC said T.I. will not be criminally charged, but settled on a ,000 fine and he has agreed to not participate in offerings or sales of digital-asset securities for at least five years.Film producer Ryan Felton is facing criminal charges, allegedly promised to build a digital streaming platform for FLiK, and a digital-asset trading platform for CoinSpark. Instead, Felton allegedly misappropriated the funds raised in the initial coin offerings, the SEC said.Felton is facing charges of violating registration, anti-fraud, and anti-manipulation provisions of the federal securities laws.T.I. was allegedly involved in promoting Felton’s scheme. The SEC said that T.I., and his social media manager William Sparks, Jr., offered FLiK tokens on T.I.’s social media accounts.“The federal securities laws provide the same protections to investors in digital asset securities as they do to investors in more traditional forms of securities,” said Carolyn M. Welshhans, Associate Director in the Division of Enforcement. “As alleged in the SEC’s complaint, Felton victimized investors through material misrepresentations, misappropriation of their funds, and manipulative trading.”Felton was also accused of manipulative trading to inflate the price of SPARK tokens.The SEC said that Felton made an addition .2 million in profits, and used money he allegedly misappropriated to buy a Ferrari, a million-dollar home, diamond jewelry, and other luxury goods. 1608

MSAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- Mayor Kevin Faulconer announced Monday that the city has repaired 655 miles of roads so far, which is ahead of schedule to meet the goal of 1,000 miles of roads by 2020.Averaging more than 300 miles per year puts the city ahead of schedule, even as a small percentage of repairs has required taking the roads down to the dirt.RELATED: San Diego County approves million road resurfacing project“The unprecedented investment we’ve made in road repair is showing results with more smooth streets in our neighborhoods,” Mayor Faulconer said. “There’s still a lot more work that needs to be done, but we’re making significant progress on an issue that is a top concern for so many residents.”Within the first two fiscal years of the pledge, the city fixed 595 miles of roads. NASHVILLE, Tenn. — A woman's body was found last week in her apartment, where she lived with her four adult children. One of her children told police she may have died two years ago.Metro Nashville Police officials found Laronda Jolly's body in her bed with clothes piled on top of her, and officials say the body was in a significant state of decomposition.The body was discovered by the Davidson County Sheriff's Office when deputies were serving an eviction notice.Jolly lived in the apartment with her four children, all of whom are reportedly intellectually disabled. One of them said Jolly may have been in that position since 2018, according to police officials. The four of them have reportedly been living there since she died.A cause of death has not been determined. Her remains were sent to the medical examiner's office for an autopsy. MUKWONAGO, Wis. -- Reporter Rikki Mitchell of Scripps' Milwaukee affiliate TMJ-4 was sent on a mission to find a rare white deer after reports of sightings from three residents.Mitchell went to Mukwonago to try to see the deer for herself, and decided to stream her search on Facebook Live. After miraculously spotting the creature, she could not contain her excitement."Nature is amazing," Mitchell commented on her Facebook page.From her point of view, Mitchell says the deer had brown eyes, meaning it is not albino. While white deer are unusual, they're not as rare as albino deer that typically have pink eyes.The Wisconsin DNR says it's illegal to possess or harvest all-white deer or an albino deer.  740

Friday, Johnson posted a video on Twitter, thanking everyone for their support.In the video, Johnson thanked fans for their support and prayers.
