General Mills, the maker of Gold Medal flour, has recalled 5-pound bags of its unbleached all-purpose flour for possible E. coli O26 contamination, the FDA announced on Monday. The bags of flour have an expiration date of Sept. 6, 2020. The package UPC is: 016000 196100. There have been no reported illnesses, and General Mills said the recall is out of an abundance of caution.
