SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- A Baja Beach Cafe employee is suing her employer and her former manager, alleging sexual harassment, negligence and sexual battery. Allison Biagioni has worked at Baja Beach Cafe in Pacific Beach Cafe for three years. Biagioni says her former manager sexually harassed her multiple times. Biagioni says the incident that made her come forward was this past January at a birthday party with coworkers. Biagioni says, the manager at the time, groped her, kissed her, and put her hand in his crotch. He also allegedly made inappropriate comments towards Biagioni in front of other coworkers. Biagioni's attorney, Anna Yum, tells 10News the incident was reported to San Diego Police, but 10News is not naming the former manager because he was never arrested or charged with a crime. The Baja Beach employee says she expressed her concerns with another manager and to human resources, but says the manager tried to dissuade her from moving forward with her complaint. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) — A 14-year-old teen has been arrested and charged with a hate crime after punching a Rabbi near a University City synagogue, police say.San Diego Police said Rabbi Yonatan Halevy, of the Shiviti Congregation, was walking near the synagogue located near 3200 Governor Drive on Oct. 10, when he was punched by the teenager. The teen reportedly yelled racial slurs during the attack and fled the location, police added. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) — A 4-acre brush fire in Chula Vista highlighted a firefighting technique that's relatively rare throughout the state: nighttime aerial water drops.Once considered too dangerous to attempt, a handful of agencies in California now have the helicopters and equipment needed to handle night operations, including the San Diego Fire-Rescue Department.San Diego Fire has been doing water drops using military-grade night vision goggles since 2005, said pilot Chris Hartnell. The agency expanded its night helicopter coverage countywide in late 2014.Only two helicopters in San Diego County have the capability to do night drops. Both were in use Wednesday when flames broke out near a riverbed just before 11 p.m. in the 2500 block of Faivre Street, near Hollister Street.CAL Fire does not currently operate firefighting helicopters at night anywhere in the state, although the agency has plans to purchase 12 new helicopters with that capability, said CAL Fire San Diego spokesman Thomas Shoots. The agency just received its first Firehawk helicopter this year and plans to put it into service in about a month, Shoots said. X-ray services and express care will be added to the clinic in 2021."Like all of our clinics, the Pacific Highland Ranch clinic is designed to support appropriate physical distancing, said UCSD Health Physician Group CEO Dr. Christopher Kane. "Patients can check in for an appointment and pay any copays using a contact-free option at a guest kiosk or with a mobile application."Walk-ins will be accepted at the clinic, which will be open eight hours a day, seven days a week, to address common health needs, including coughs, colds and simple fractures or sprains.In 2019, UCSD Health opened a clinic in Encinitas -- which offers pediatrics, primary care and express care -- and a clinic in Eastlake offering primary care, express care and imaging capabilities.UCSD Health also opened a clinic in the Rancho Bernardo area in 2018 that offers urgent care, advanced imaging, an optical boutique, primary care, women's health, occupational medicine, behavioral health, cardiology, neurology, gastroenterology and a retail pharmacy open to the public.Flu immunizations are also available at all clinics for the 2020-2021 flu season.An annual flu vaccine is especially important this year with flu season coinciding with the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, according to UCSD Health. 1522

The boy’s parent’s called police to report him missing around 2:15 p.m. Tuesday. Police could be seen in San Diego's Skyline neighborhood searching for the boy. Police say the boy usually walks home from school. According to police, the 9-year-old was found at a McDonald's. 405
