Montgomery County, Maryland Police reported Laura Wallen, a pregnant high school teacher who went missing last week, has been found dead. According to Montgomery County Police Chief Tom Manger, Wallen's body was found in a wooded area in Damascus, Maryland. Police have arrested her boyfriend, Tyler Tessier.Tessier was present with Wallen's family during a press conference on Monday. Police had already identified him as a person of interest in the case. Detectives asked the family to invite him to speak as part of the investigation. During the press conference, Tessier pleaded for Wallen to come home."There's so many people, so people that miss you," he said Monday. "There's so many people that were out looking. We haven't slept, we haven't eaten. We're just looking and praying that you're safe and I'm asking that you can just let us know that you're safe."Police have not determined a motive in the case, though during Wednesday's update, police said Tessier was living at several addresses, including one in Damascus.  1079

MoviePass, the struggling movie subscription service, will limit customers to three movies per month.The company is trying to burn less cash so it can stay in business.Under the previous plan, customers could see one movie per day in theaters. The change to three movies per month takes effect August 15. MoviePass says 85% of its customers already see no more than three per month.The company also announced Monday that it will keep the monthly subscription price at .99. NATIONAL CITY, Calif. (KGTV) -- A family in National City says Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) violated their rights during an arrest on Tuesday morning.  Brianna Alonso says her husband was heading to work when he saw ICE agents and ran back into his house. A spokesperson for ICE tells 10News 31-year-old Alberto Alonso-Hernandez is wanted for illegally re-entering the country 16 times since 2013 and for a domestic violence conviction in 2014.His wife disputes ICE's numbers. She says her husband was deported twice before Tuesday's arrest. She's upset because she says ICE agents never showed them a warrant before entering. Brianna says the agents gave her the warrant after her husband was in custody. However, according to a criminal attorney, ICE was just doing their job. Exercising the "no-knock" rule, where the officers do not have to show the warrant if they have probable cause that the suspect will get away or destroy possible evidence. ICE sent us the following statements regarding Tuesday's arrest:  1082
