A passenger aboard a Frontier Flight heading from Denver, Colorado to Charleston, S.C. on Thursday, claims a man allegedly assaulted two women and then urinated on another passenger’s seat.Pictures obtained by KMGH?television station in Denver show the man, who has not been identified, being taken away by police once Frontier Flight 864 landed in Charleston.The pictures provided by the passenger show the man urinating on the seat in front of him and also show him getting escorted by police.A Frontier Airlines spokesperson did not comment on the specific details of the incident when asked for comment, but said they were aware of the situation.“The safety and security of our passengers is our top priority at Frontier. We have been made aware of this situation and are working with the appropriate authorities.” 831

A pastor from North Carolina is accused of peeing on a passenger while onboard a Delta Airlines flight earlier this month. He has been cited for simple assault.According to a police report, Daniel Chalmers acknowledged having “a couple of drinks” before an overnight flight from Las Vegas to Detroit on October 12, reports the Charlotte Observer.Chalmers told police he was taking prescribed medicine, which he later admitted was a sleeping aid.The victim reports she “woke up feeling something warm on her body and when she looked up to her right, she observed Mr. Chalmers standing next to her shaking his exposed penis,” the police report states according to the Charlotte Observer. The victim then started screaming.A police officer was onboard at the time and asked the victim what happened.“He peed on me!,” she said, according to the report.The police report states Chalmers responded affirmatively that he peed on the woman, and said “I thought I was going to the bathroom.”Chalmers and his wife, Shara Lea Chalmers, lead “Love Wins Ministries” in Raleigh, North Carolina.They released a statement Tuesday that reads, "I want to sincerely apologize for my actions on this overnight flight. I took an Ambien for the first time to sleep well on my flight and had a terrible reaction. I am so sorry for how this effected (sic) everyone on this flight and especially one lady passenger in particular. I have reached out and apologized to her as well. I want to please ask everyone for their forgiveness in this. Williams Park to Elliott Avenue Park.Williams served as chief of police from the 1920s to the 1960s, according to the commission.The reason behind the name change is according to the city's website, Robinson was in Sanford on April 7, 1946, playing in an exhibition game for the Montreal Royals.According to the commission's documents, at the top of the second inning, Williams ordered Robinson to quit "because the city did not allow integrated teams to use city-owned fields."Williams then entered the dugout and told Robinson's manager that if he didn't leave the ballpark, it would be called off, the document stated.Robinson went on to break the race barrier with the Brooklyn Dodgers in 1947. 983

A panel of three federal judges in North Carolina ruled Monday the state's congressional map is an unconstitutional partisan gerrymander that favors Republicans, and said it may require districts to be redrawn before the November elections.Republicans hold 10 of the state's 13 seats in the House of Representatives, and a redrawn map could put more seats in play for Democrats -- potentially affecting control of the House.The judges acknowledged primary elections have already occurred, but said they were reluctant to let voting take place in districts that courts twice found had been unconstitutionally drawn.The same decision was reached by the court in January, but the Supreme Court declined in June to hear the case and it was sent back for reconsideration. The Supreme Court has never ruled a partisan gerrymander to be unconstitutional, and it passed up three separate opportunities to do so in the last term.The decision Monday could result in an election-year appeal to the Supreme Court. The court is currently evenly split on ideological lines and lacks a ninth justice to tip the scale. A New Jersey meat processing company has recalled nearly 43,000 pounds of ground beef, including packages sold at Walmart stores around the country, due to possible E. coli contamination.The United States Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service announced Saturday that Lakeside Refrigerated Services, a Swedesboro, New Jersey company, is recalling ground beef packages that were produced on June 1.The affected products were sold under the Thomas Foods International and Marketside Butcher labels and feature the establishment number EST. 46841.The recall notice said items were shipped to retail locations nationwide. Marketside Butcher products are sold at Walmart, according to package labels of the recalled products.The FSIS categorized the situation as a Class I recall, which it defines as "a health hazard situation where there is a reasonable probability that the use of the product will cause serious, adverse health consequences or death."The recall notice said the ground beef could be contaminated with E. coli O157:H7, which can cause dehydration, bloody diarrhea and abdominal cramps for 2–8 days, with an average of 3-4 days.
