BERLIN, Pa. -- A National Guardsman is accused of making threats to kill Vice President Mike Pence before his visit to Pennsylvania for the annual observance of the Flight 93 crash. William Robert Dunbar, 22, of Berlin, Pennsylvania was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct and terroristic threats.According to a criminal complaint filed against Dunbar, he was on duty at the U.S. Army National Guard Training center in Richland Township when he said, “If someone pays me enough money, I will kill the vice president.”Witnesses said they contacted commanding officers after they heard Dunbar threaten to "kill" or "murder" the vice president on at least two separate occasions. The witnesses told police they were "fearful" of the threats Dunbar made and contacted their commanding officer immediately. Police said Dunbar was taken to Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center for evaluation and then released into the custody of Richland Police. BELL COUNTY, Texas -- Human remains have been found during a search for missing Fort Hood soldier Vanessa Guillen.The Army Criminal Investigation Division issued a statement Tuesday, saying partial human remains were found during a search of an area of interest close to the Leon River in Bell County.Army CID agents responded to the scene with the Texas Rangers, the Federal Bureau of Investigations, and the Bell County Sheriff's Office.The Army said there is no confirmation as to the identity of the remains at this point.Pfc. John Bel Edwards said Sunday an 86-year-old man from St. Martin Parish died in a fire that started after he refueled a power generator in a shed.
