"We harvest the icicles on site, and they are carefully plucked placed on top of the towers upside down,” Nelson says. “The artificial rain at night helps it grow and increase until it becomes a thick wall of ice, and they create arches, caverns and tunnels." It takes about a month to build on this acre lot. "I really love to see how excited people get," Nelson says. The magic of the ice castle can’t last forever. At the end of the season, workers use construction equipment to knock down all the ice walls. 1008

Visitors to Disneyland in Anaheim, California, on Saturday witnessed a brawl between family members as children stood to the side and watched. Among the visitors were young children.The fight broke out in the area known as "Toontown," a section of the park designed for toddlers. Video of the fight has since gone viral. Video footage shows several men and women exchanging punches and shoves. The fight started and stopped several times. The Anaheim Police confirmed on Monday that it is investigating the incident, but said the family has been uncooperative. "All parties were from the same family and were uncooperative. A report was taken. There was no video at the time. Now that we have video, the investigation can continue," Anaheim Police tweeted. 769

WASHINGTON (AP) — A federal judge has sharply rebuked Attorney General William Barr's handling of the special counsel's Russia report. U.S. District Judge Reggie Walton says Barr made a “calculated effort" to spin the investigation's findings in favor of President Donald Trump and showed a “lack of candor." He delivered the criticism in a 23-page ruling in which he said he would review an unredacted version of the Mueller report before deciding what additional information from the document should be publicly disclosed. Walton says he needs to review the document itself because he cannot trust that the Justice Department's redactions of the report were made in good faith. 691

WASHINGTON — The Food and Drug Administration is reporting the first U.S. drug shortage tied to the viral outbreak that began in China. The agency said late Thursday that the maker of the drug contacted health officials recently about the shortage. Officials declined to identify the manufacturer or the product. China ranks second among countries that export drugs and biotech medicines to the U.S. The agency says there are currently no U.S. shortages of biotech products, medical devices or other key health care products tied to the outbreak. 558
