BEIJING, Aug. 28 (Xinhua) -- The Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) has proven to be productive and effective in boosting China-Africa cooperation, a Chinese special envoy said.
On the reform of the World Trade Organization, Li said China is willing to strengthen communication and coordination with the Netherlands on the issue.
"The idea of promoting this capacity building is actually welcome and it is very important to the African continent in the sense that it is going to create employment to the young Africans and also innovation in the young people," he said.
The meeting also urged for reducing the tax and fee burden on enterprises as well as their social security contribution rate. More concrete measures shall be formulated in these respects.
Xu Hanming, a professor of law with the Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, spoke highly of Thursday's inquiry, saying that it would boost judicial justice and rule of law in China.
