Police said Weinberger lived in the home where the homicide happened. Both men will booked into jail on charges related to the homicide. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) — A man was fatally shot at a Pacific Beach home early Saturday and police are now searching for three men reportedly seen leaving the scene in a stolen SUV.The 44-year-old man was shot at a home in the 2300 block of Wilbur Ave. sometime just before 2 a.m., according to San Diego Police. Neighbors reported gunshots in the area before police arrived and found the man suffering from a gunshot wound.First responders arrived to provide life-saving measures and the man was taken to a nearby hospital, where he died of his injuries. His identity is known but had not been released until his family is notified.Police said three men in their 20s and 30s were seen leaving the man's home around the time gunfire rang out. There were several residents in the home and police believe the suspects fled in a white, 2015 Lexus RX350 SUV belonging to one of the residents. The vehicle's California license plate is 7NWK357. Two students were injured after a gun accidentally discharged at a school in Fulton County, Georgia on Thursday.Police received reports of a loud pop coming from a classroom at Banneker High School just before 3:30 p.m.According to a spokesperson with Fulton County Schools, a bullet hit a female student in the ankle, and also grazed another student. Both students were treated for minor injuries, according to the spokesperson.Officials say officers searched the classroom and found a low-caliber handgun hidden in a box. It's believed the weapon was brought on school property in a book bag by a student, according to the school spokesperson.The spokesperson added that "the investigation into this incident is ongoing and the [Fulton County Schools Police Department] plans to file criminal charges against everyone involved in this incident in accordance with District policy."Three students will face charges in the incident. One student is being charged with one count possession of a weapon and one count of a weapon on campus. Two students are being charged with reckless conduct because of their contact with the weapon.The spokesperson told CBS46 the gun did not belong to the injured students.No bags of any kind are being allowed into the school building on Friday.  1297

TRENTON, Fla. — Two deputies in Trenton, Florida were killed in the line of duty on Thursday.Around 3 p.m., two Gilchrist County Deputy Sheriffs were shot and killed in the Ace China restaurant in downtown Trenton, after a suspect walked up to the business and shot both deputies through the window.According to the Sheriff’s Office, when fellow deputies responded to the scene, they found the shooter deceased outside the business and Sgt. Noel Ramirez, 30, and Deputy Taylor Lindsay, 25, deceased inside."At this point, it remains an active criminal investigation with no apparent motive or indications as to why this tragedy occurred," the Gilchrist County Sheriff's Office wrote in a press release.Officials from the Levy County Sheriff’s Office, the Alachua County Sheriff’s Office, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, and the State Attorney’s Office have all responded to the area to assist.Ace China restaurant is located on East Wade Street in Trenton, Florida, just off SR-26.
