JetBlue says it plans to increase the number of seats it will fill on planes starting in December. That makes JetBlue the latest airline to retreat from blocking middle seats to give passengers more space because of the pandemic. A JetBlue spokesman said Thursday that the airline still plans to limit seating through the holidays but hasn't decided how many seats to leave empty. A statement on their website reads: "JetBlue is currently blocking the vast majority of middle seats on larger planes (and most aisle seats on smaller ones) for all flights through 12/1/20. We’ll continue to block seats and limit the number of travelers on JetBlue flights through the holiday season, in order to provide additional space between those not traveling together while helping families and others who are traveling together to sit together where possible."Southwest plans to end blocking middle seats on Dec. 1. KENOSHA, Wis. — A Wisconsin high school teacher is on paid leave after students recorded her using a racial slur on camera during class.The teacher can be heard repeatedly using the “N-word” several times while students in the class laugh. The parent of the student who took the video told WTMJ the incident started when a student at Bradford High School in Kenosha, Wisconsin used the word with another student.That’s when the parent said the teacher used the slur and said that she should be able to use it because it is used within the African-American community. At Tuesday’s Kenosha Unified School District board meeting, representatives from the community’s Coalition for Dismantling Racism spoke about the incident.“Our concern is the total lack of action from the administration. This should have been addressed immediately. Especially when several students stated how uncomfortable they were in the classroom. Zackrydz Rodzi said his phone went missing from his bedroom but there was no sign of robbery. He used his brother’s phone to call his own device and found it covered in mud under a palm tree. A bigger surprise came when he found a series of monkey selfies and videos recorded in the phone. Most of the images were blurry, but some showed the monkey’s face. (KGTV) - A potentially flammable sea flare washed ashore at La Jolla Shores Tuesday, leading to a San Diego Fire-Rescue Bomb Squad investigation.A person who was walking on the beach near Kellogg Park found the flare canister and took it to the lifeguard station. The witness did not notify lifeguards, who found it about 3 p.m.Lifeguard Lt. Rich Stropky said the flare had not been detonated and still posed a danger, despite the presence of water in the canister.The device appears to be similar to an MK 58 Mod 1 marine location marker. An online description indicates the marker is designed to be a smoke and flames reference-point marker on the ocean’s surface. It is used for antisubmarine warfare, search-and-rescue operations, man-overboard markings, and as a target for practice bombings.The bomb squad reached out to the military Tuesday for guidance in the emergency. Jerome Corsi is suing Robert Mueller in federal court in the District of Columbia.Previously, the Roger Stone acquaintance testified before the Mueller grand jury and publicly released a draft version of a criminal false statements plea with the Special Counsel's Office -- to which he refused to agree.Now in the lawsuit, Corsi says federal authorities have unconstitutionally searched his electronic records and his phone.The lawsuit is the latest example of pushback from individuals called upon by Mueller to provide information in the Russia probe.Corsi claims that because he investigated Hillary Clinton's missing emails in 2016 and guessed Wikileaks would leak hacked emails from Clinton's campaign chairman, Mueller has unfairly targeted him."Defendant Mueller has threatened to indict Plaintiff Corsi and effectively put him in federal prison for the rest of his life unless Plaintiff Corsi would provide the false testimony that they demanded, even after being informed that the testimony desired would be false," Corsi wrote in the lawsuit.Corsi, who has talked about his experience with the investigation to media and on his own show, also claims that Mueller has leaked grand jury secrets without providing any specific evidence beyond an article where sources are not described.As an example, Corsi cites an ABC News article detailing how he has become a "central figure" in the Mueller probe and says Mueller spokesman Peter Carr periodically meets with journalists at the Paul coffee shop at 8th and Pennsylvania Avenue to leak information at Mueller's direction.
