SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - A 21-year-old North County man was stabbed early Saturday morning during an argument with three males over loud music, San Diego Police Department officials said.The stabbing was reported at 12:23 a.m. in the 14200 block of Cuca Street in Rancho Penasquitos, about a block away from Los Penasquitos Elementary School.Police said the man was stabbed in the right forearm during the argument. Soon after, fellow passengers watched in horror as a brutal dog attack played out in front of them.Jackson sat in a window seat. In the middle seat was a Marine veteran was with an emotional support dog, a chocolate lab pointer mix, in his lap. He bled so profusely that "an entire row of seats had to be removed."The incident sparked national headlines, and tighter policies for emotional support and service animals. For example, Delta now requires proof of training, adding rules for the types and ages of the animals, as well the duration of flights that allow emotional support animals.Delta declined to comment citing pending litigation. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- A driver crashed his Mercedes-Benz through an underground parking garage gate, causing the gate to fall onto his car and leaving the vehicle -- and himself -- trapped at the entrance.The incident was reported at around 2:30 a.m. Tuesday at an apartment complex in the 4300 block of Menlo Avenue, according to San Diego police.With the large gate on top of the car, responding officers helped the driver out of his vehicle.ABC 10News learned the man was treated by medics at the scene but was also being evaluated for possible DUI. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) – A 79-year-old man was found dead about six miles from the Lake Morena Campground, one day after his family reported him missing.According to San Diego County sheriff’s officials, the man was reported missing on Tuesday, Sept. 1, after his family did not hear from him during the previous four days.Officials said the man was described as an avid hiker and was staying at the campground.On Wednesday, sheriff’s Search & Rescue teams spotted a body matching the missing hiker’s description about six miles from the campground.Officials said the county Medical Examiner’s Office will perform an autopsy to positively identify the body and determine the cause of death. 696
