BEIJING, June 13 (Xinhua) -- China will take a slew of incentives to further boost imports so as to drive domestic industrial upgrading and better meet the increasingly diversified consumption demands of people, the State Council decided at an executive meeting chaired by Premier Li Keqiang on Wednesday.

Wang said the Qingdao Declaration to be issued after the summit would sum up the development experience of the past 17 years since the SCO was created in Shanghai in 2001.

"As you all know in 2014 when the Ebola outbreak occurred in West Africa, the Chinese government and the people made a quick response and... we sent experts and public health professional helping the West African countries to deal with the Ebola outbreak," said Ma.

Member countries have promoted cooperation in various areas and played constructive roles in regional and international issues, and therefore set an example of a new-type of international relations featuring mutual respect, fairness and justice, and win-win cooperation, he said.
