SAN DIEGO (KGTV) — A Pacific Beach business owner is responding to a viral video of a worker's violent confrontation with a homeless man this week.The owner of B-Mo's Sandwich Shop, identified as Marc L., posted a message to Facebook in response to the video, which shows an employee push a table into a shirtless man's head, then begin throwing his belongings into the street.The note read in part that while he is apologetic for the events that occurred, "this person has been rather malicious to our community for over a year now."RELATED: Violent confrontation between Pacific Beach worker, homeless man caught on tape"Let me reiterate, this is no excuse for the choices and actions of our employee. However, that being said, I would ask for everyone to understand that we love this business and the Pacific Beach community immensely ... SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - A San Diego Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agent accused of pointing a gun at a man in East County was charged Tuesday.Investigators said Agent Ed Zuchelli waved the gun at a young man who was riding a dirt bike in Lake Murray on February 16.Zuchelli is also accused of driving drunk. San Diego Police confirm he was in a government-issued vehicle at the time of the arrest. "I can't be around sick people because the immunosuppressant medications I have to take for the rest of my life will cause me to get sick much more easily," said Dr. Murray Alsip.For five long months, Dr. Alsip sat in the ICU, waiting for a heart. He'd been living with a serious heart condition for 17 years. After several false alarms, his call finally came. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- A man was Tased in the face and stabbed several times during a fight in the Rolando Park neighborhood, according to police. The incident happened near Newsome Drive and Odom Street around 1:19 a.m. Sunday. According to police, two brothers were visiting their girlfriends in the neighborhood when the two men got into a fight with a nearby group. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - A man in his 70s was found dead at Sunset Cliffs Thursday afternoon after being reported missing, police confirm. According to the department, the body was discovered just after 1 p.m. near Froude Street and Sunset Cliffs Boulevard. Images from the scene showed crews working to remove the body at the bottom of a cliff. Police confirmed late Thursday evening that the body was that of a man in his mid-70s who was reported missing by his wife. The death has been ruled an accident. Police have not yet released the man's name. 555
