Fast forward two years, his business has grown and his family is taking to the streets looking to feed 1,000 hungry people this June. The Simpsons cover the cost to provide for the hungry and homeless. “There’s a lot of people out there that don’t have and I don’t have either,” Simpson said. “But when God blesses me with a little extra, I figure out a way of giving it back.” Those receiving these free meals say a little bit of giving can go a long way. “It makes a difference in my life,” said one recipient. “It kind of puts me in a better position.” “It makes me feel there’s some beautiful, good people because they are trying to help the people that are very poor,” said another recipient. According to experts, tens of millions of Americans struggle with hunger and more than a quarter of those people are children. “They do it from the bottom of their heart,” said the Simpson’s oldest child. “We don’t help the homeless, we help the hungry.” The Simpson’s children say they are learning life lessons from their parents’ kindness. A 12-year veteran of the New York Police Department is accused of putting a hit on her ex-husband and a juvenile girl.A confidential source told the FBI that in February Valerie Cincinelli, 34, had asked him to hire a hitman to kill her estranged husband and the source's daughter, according to court documents.Cincinelli allegedly gave the source ,000 in cash to pay the hitman, and over the next few months they discussed how to kill the two and establish solid alibis, the documents said.Cincinelli allegedly told the source to make her husband's death look like a robbery and to run over the source's daughter -- a minor-- with a car.Authorities say she tracked the girl's whereabouts on social media and plotted how to arrange their deaths with the source until Friday, when she was told by a Suffolk County Police Department detective that her estranged husband had died and there would be an investigation. A catering cart caused utter chaos at Chicago O'Hare International Airport Monday until an American Airlines employee saved the day.Dr. Kevin Klauer, an osteopathic physician, caught video of the cart's crazy circular ride on the tarmac while waiting for his flight to Tennessee."At first it was humorous to see this drive itself and not fall over, but then as it picked up speed it presented danger to people," Klauer told CNN.Video shows the cart spinning wildly in circles with food and trays scattered around it. Employees on the tarmac can be seen trying to approach the cart, but it's clear the cart is too out of control for them. It appears one employee was hit by the cart.As the cart continues to spin, it gets closer to the nose of an airplane until an employee in another vehicle crashed into the cart to avoid catastrophe."Everyone was actually really quietly watching this unfold," Klauer said. "When it ended, the whole gatehouse erupted in applause."American Airlines said in a statement that preliminary reports showed the cart's accelerator got stuck and caused the cart to lose control."No American Airlines team members were injured and the incident resulted in one 10-minute flight delay," American Airlines said in a statement.
