UPDATE (5:21 p.m. Wednesday): Police say they have found the missing boy safe and he has been reunited with his family.CHULA VISTA (KGTV) -- The Chula Vista Police Department is asking for the public's help finding a missing Otay Ranch boy.Police say they received a call at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday afternoon from a mother who said her 11-year-old son wasn’t home. Officers responded and are now searching an area in the 1500 block of El Prado. A Chula Vista police helicopter was seen circling the Village of Montecito neighborhood announcing a description of the boy. Two California men were taken into custody for reportedly dancing naked on a boat near Lake Havasu in Arizona on Saturday.According to a release from the Mohave County Sheriff's Office, 38-year-old Jason Michael Faust and 37-year-old Robert Paul Yow were each arrested for felony indecent exposure. Officials say deputies had received a call that Faust and Yow were seen dancing naked on their boat at The Sandbar, north of Lake Havasu. The caller told authorities that three children, all under the age of 15, were present during this incident. When the family tried to confront Faust and Yow about their behavior, they reportedly became aggressive, and, "continued to show their genitals to the family."As deputies arrived, they observed that Faust, who was the driver of the boat, was inconsistent with his speed and made erratic changes in direction. Officials say both men reportedly admitted to taking their clothes off. Neither acknowledged knowing that children were present at the time, officers reported. Faust reportedly told deputies, “It’s the lake, it’s just what you do," and admitted that he had been drinking around since 7 a.m. but would not submit to a breath or field sobriety tests.  1267

TUCSON, Ariz. — A team of researchers at the University of Arizona believe they've found an important clue in the fight against an aggressive form of brain cancer.Glioblastoma is the cancer that killed Sen. John McCain in August and Sen. Ted Kennedy in 2009.People are diagnosed with glioblastoma live, on average, for another 11 to 15 months. Very few survive the disease, so the group of researchers wanted to know why some patients live longer than others.Professor of Radiation Oncology, Dr. Baldassarre Stea, says the clue lies in the RNA of short and long-term patients.The team looked at the genetic variation in about three dozen patients.What they found is a gene called WIF1 is distinctly higher in patients who survive longer, according to Dr. Stea. United Airlines has established a new policy for transporting pets in cargo holds that includes banning dozens of dog breeds and several types of cats.The new policy takes effect June 18, when the carrier will resume reservations for its PetSafe program. The airline temporarily stopped the program in March after a series of high-profile incidents involving pets that were lost and others that died on United flights.United said it will be working with American Humane, an animal-welfare group, to improve the well-being of pets that travel on United, both in the cargo hold and in the cabin.
