According to a Universal Orlando Resort report provided by Lee, she was checked out by paramedics at 9:36 a.m. The paramedic reporting the cause of her injuries was "electric shock."Lee was at the Kopiko Wei Winding River when she first noticed something was wrong."There was another family in front of me and all of a sudden they started going over the wall to get out of the water," Lee recalled.
