A chickenpox outbreak among students at Asheville Waldorf School in North Carolina has grown to 36 cases as of Monday, and exemptions from vaccination were a contributing factor, according to the Buncombe County Health Department, which has been monitoring the situation since the end of October.Asheville Waldorf School, which serves students from nursery through sixth grade, is part of an educational movement that subscribes to a philosophy focused on physical activity and learning through hands-on tasks, according to its website. There are more than 900 Waldorf schools in 83 countries, and the Asheville school, which was founded in 2009, is one of about 160 in the United States.The school is closed for Thanksgiving break and could not be reached for comment.Chickenpox is a very contagious disease that causes a blister-like rash, itching, tiredness and fever, according to the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. A Land O' Lakes, Florida man who was just released from prison was arrested for attempted vehicle theft again before he even left the jail parking lot.Klaid Karpuzi, 41, was arrested when deputies say he tried to steal a truck with a teen in the backseat just three days earlier.As Karpuzi was walking through the jail parking lot following his release, he reportedly tried to get into a vehicle by walking around it, then pulling on the passenger door handle.Inside the vehicle was an off-duty deputy who happened to be at the jail to take a class.When Karpuzi pulled on the handle, Deputy Brunner stepped out of the vehicle, where she and another deputy detained him.Karpuzi told the deputies he saw a vehicle with the engine running and did not realize anyone was in it.He was arrested for attempted auto theft and returned to the jail. A federal judge has dismissed adult film star Stormy Daniels' defamation lawsuit against President Donald Trump.Daniels sued Trump after he said Daniels' story of a man threatening her not to come forward with her story of her alleged affair with Trump was "a total con job."Daniels argued Trump's tweet "attacks the veracity of her account" of the incident and that Trump's statement was "false and defamatory, and that the tweet was defamation ... because it charged her with committing a serious crime," District Judge S. James Otero wrote in his opinion Monday.Trump had asked Otero to dismiss the lawsuit."The Court agrees with Mr. Trump's argument because the tweet in question constitutes 'rhetorical hyperbole' normally associated with politics and public discourse in the United States. The First Amendment protects this type of rhetorical statement," Otero wrote.Daniels says she and Trump had an affair in 2006, shortly after he married first lady Melania Trump and she gave birth to their son, Barron. Trump has denied the affair.In addition, Trump is entitled to attorney's fees, Otero said.Trump's attorney Charles J. A man in Gloucester Township, New Jersey who was being booked for an outstanding warrant found himself in even more trouble after deputies said he vomited 32 small bags of heroin last week, the Courier-Post reported. Michael Rosario, 24, was arrested last Thursday after he was pulled over for speeding, and then was charged with giving police a phony name. Rosario allegedly sped past police, and switched seats with his passenger after he was pulled over. Police said they found six bags of heroin and 13 empty bags with heroin residue, the Courier-Post reported. Once at the county jail, police claim that Rosario vomited one large bag filled with 32 smaller bags full of heroin, prompting additional drug-related charges. Rosario was then taken to an area hospital, but has since been returned to the jail.  859
