Kraft Dinner wants to make fall extra special this year, so they're releasing pumpkin spice mac and cheese. But there's a catch. Kraft said in a press release that only 1,000 on a waiting list would get to have it.Since the launch of the waiting list, Kraft said over 30,000 Canadians signed up in less than 48 hours. And with it being so popular, Kraft said the tasty treat is coming to the U.S.“After seeing the huge response Pumpkin Spice Mac & Cheese received north of the border, and even hearing some heated debates about it down here, we had to bring it to the U.S. for Americans to try,” said Martina Davis, Brand Manager for Kraft Macaroni and Cheese in the press release. “Who knows? Maybe it could become a new North American fall favorite.”If you would like to get your hands on the mac and cheese, you have from Sept. 25-29 to enter for a chance to snag yourself a box. For a chance to win, use hashtags #PumpkinSpiceKMC #Sweepstakes and tag @KraftMacNCheese on Twitter, the company said in the release. The box comes with dry macaroni noodles, and pumpkin spice flavored powder to add to the classic cheese powder, plus cinnamon, which you can sprinkle on top and a coffee mug. 1201

KENOSHA, Wis. — A man was air-flighted to a local hospital after he was shot by a Kenosha police officer Sunday evening, police say.Kenosha police said the man was shot near a home at 40th and 28th streets in Kenosha just after 5 p.m. Officers were called to a 'domestic incident' at the location.A family member confirmed to Scripps station WTMJ in Milwaukee that the man was Jacob Blake, 29.Police did not say what led up to the shooting but said that officers offered immediate aid.Kenosha police said Blake is in serious condition. A large crowd gathered near the area Sunday evening.A photo of Jacob Blake, provided by his family.A short video circulating on social media shows a man, presumably Blake, walking toward a vehicle. The video shows that police shoot the man in the back as he opened the driver's door of the car.Blake's family says children were in the vehicle at the time of the shooting. The Kenosha County Sheriff's Department and Wisconsin State Patrol are currently investigating the incident. No other details were released.Crowds of protesters gathered in Kenosha after the video of the shooting spread on social media. Fires were set to dumpsters meant to block off roads in the area. The Kenosha County Courthouse and Administration Building were both closed Monday due to overnight damage from the unrest.Wisconsin Gov. Tony Evers released a statement regarding the shooting late Sunday evening."Tonight, Jacob Blake was shot in the back multiple times, in broad daylight, in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Kathy and I join his family, friends, and neighbors in hoping earnestly that he will not succumb to his injuries. While we do not have all of the details yet, what we know for certain is that he is not the first Black man or person to have been shot or injured or mercilessly killed at the hands of individuals in law enforcement in our state or our country," said Evers. "We stand with all those who have and continue to demand justice, equity, and accountability for Black lives in our country—lives like those of George Floyd, of Breonna Taylor, Tony Robinson, Dontre Hamilton, Ernest Lacy, and Sylville Smith. And we stand against excessive use of force and immediate escalation when engaging with Black Wisconsinites."Civil rights attorney Ben Crump, who represents the families of George Floyd and Breonna Taylor, has been retained to represent Blake's family. He issued this statement Monday: “We all watched the horrific video of Jacob Blake being shot in the back several times by Kenosha police. Even worse, his three sons witnessed their father collapse after being riddled with bullets. Their irresponsible, reckless, and inhumane actions nearly cost the life of a man who was simply trying to do the right thing by intervening in a domestic incident. It’s a miracle he’s still alive. We will seek justice for Jacob Blake and for his family as we demand answers from the Kenosha Police Department. How many more of these tragic 'while Black' tragedies will it take until the racial profiling and undervaluing of Black lives by the police finally stops?”Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden also released a statement, calling for "an immediate, full and transparent investigation" and added that "the officers must be held accountable."This story was originally published by Mayra Monroy on WTMJ in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. 3365

JAMUL, Calif. (KGTV) - Neighbors are calling for more safety measures after surveillance video captured a fiery collision at an intersection in Jamul.A week ago, just before 5 p.m., Marc Burnett was opening up his off-road racing shop along Campo Road, when he heard it."I heard the skid marks hitting, and then I heard the boom," said Burnett. He ran outside and was greeted by flames."I just saw flames in the air. I saw a lot of flames. I saw the guy on the ground. He was on fire," said Burnett.Burnett raced back inside."I got the fire extinguisher, and had to put the motorcycle out -- and him," said Burnett.Burnett says the motorcycle driver, a man in his 30s, suffered serious burns to his hands and legs, but survived."He was very lucky that he survived," said Burnett.Burnett even more amazed when he looked at his surveillance video. In it you can see the truck pulling into the intersection from Maxfield Road and stop, before the eastbound motorcycle slams into the side of the truck, exploding into flames."Very scary to see that video. Didn’t know it was that bad until I saw it," said Burnett.Sadly, it was not unfamiliar.Burnett, who’s been in the area for more than 15 years, says he’s seen the aftermath of some eight serious accidents at that intersection, including a person killed crossing the road."It’s kind of a blind turn ... People coming out where the truck coming out ... It's hard to judge," said Burnett.Burnett is now lobbying for a traffic light at that intersection, which is often busy with casino traffic."Drivers are passing semi trucks on the turn. It's dangerous. If there was a light, people would have to slow down," said Burnett. The CHP says they investigation into the accident is ongoing.ABC 10News reached out to county officials about the neighbors' concerns and are waiting to hear back. 1841

KANNAPOLIS, N.C. – The oldest living U.S. Marine celebrated her 107th birthday over the weekend. The U.S. Marine Corps wished Sgt. Dorothy “Dot” Cole a happy birthday in a special video posted on Facebook on Saturday. The USMC says Cole was born on Sept. 19, 1913 in Warren, Pennsylvania, and enlisted in the Marine Corps after the attack on Pearl Harbor in 1941.“Everyone was out doing something, the women helping The Red Cross or even in churches, they were knitting things, so I decided that I wanted to do something and I would go into the Marine Corps,” said Cole in the video.Cole was part of a female integration into what were considered male-dominated career fields within the Marine Corps during World War II, according to the USMC. That allowed the Marines to free up personnel to fight the war in the Pacific.Cole now lives in Kannapolis, North Carolina, according to the city.Happy 107th Birthday to Dot Cole! Sgt. KANSAS CITY, Mo. — You likely know the feeling. You drop your phone and it breaks. It falls in water. It doesn't feel good. Maybe your phone just runs slow. All these issues can drive a person to run out and drop more than ,000 on a new phone. But experts say there’s still hope for your old device. The cellphone repair business is a billion industry. One of the biggest contributors is fixing cracked iPhone screens. “Yeah, I’ve broken a lot of phones… Probably like at least seven,” Jade Collins said. She brought her iPhone 7 Plus to iRepair at 55th and Troost. It had a cracked screen. “Someone else dropped it at a bar. I wasn't happy. I tried to make an appointment at The Apple Store, but they didn't have one available for a few days. I need it fixed now,” she explained. iRepair is one of the top Yelp reviewed cellphone repair shops in the metro. Scott Russell owns the business.“I'll tell you if it's fixable or if you need something new,” Russel said. A new screen replacement for iPhones, his most common service, costs to 0 depending on the model. “I just try to treat everybody like it's my own phone,” Russell said as he used a tiny screwdriver to take apart the phone. At Setcell in Westport, the hum of what looks like a hairdryer mixes with the chime of the door opening with new customers. A tech was finishing repairs to a new iPhone 6. Setcell is another area cellphone repair company that is highly reviewed on Yelp. It’s owned by Tyler Herndon.“We're becoming more dependent on our phones, and we use them more. We're harder on them,” he said. Setcell charges to 9 to replace a cracked iPhone screen depending on the model. Third-party parts vs. Apple partsThe Apple Store requires customers to make an appointment at one of its two locations in the metro. If your phone doesn't have Apple Care, which is protection Apple sells with new products, it costs 9 - 9 to replace an iPhone screen.Apple Stores are the only locations in the metro where you can get authentic Apple parts. Third-party repair businesses have to use third-party parts. The quality of the third-party parts depends on the repair shop’s supply chain. Many of the top-rated shops import the best available parts. However, Apple doesn't allow repair shops to use Apple parts. 2391
