CORONADO, Calif. (KGTV) -- A video of a man yelling at a teenage employee at a Coronado Coffee Shop after being asked to wear a mask, is making its rounds on social media. This happened after some reports claim Coronado is beginning to grow a reputation of non-compliance when it comes to obeying the Public Health Order.Coronado's High Tide Bottle Shop and Kitchen was closed for two weeks after one of its employees tested positive for COVID-19. Sunday was their first day back open. Manager Lynne Papaconstantinou says the mask issue not up for debate."We have very few people that come here and don't want to wear a mask," Papaconstantinou said. "If they don't, I just ask them to leave. If they say, 'Well then, you've lost my business,' well then, we lost your business."At nearby Clayton's Coffee Shop, a Coronado mother who wished to remain anonymous noticed a man shouting at two teenage baristas Saturday morning. She recorded the altercation and posted the video on social media.The woman told ABC10News that her daughter, one of the baristas, was standing behind the counter at the time. She remembered that the man became irate after being asked to wear a mask when stepping up to the counter."It was just such a terrible demonstration of the way some people behave and bully the folks that are most vulnerable," she said. "To 17 and 18-year-old baristas that are trying to work and behave professionally."According to a recent Union-Tribune article, a local business group, Coronado Mainstreet, has been educating local businesses on the health order since May. It claims three have been flagged for continual non-compliance. It also states Coronado has a growing reputation of ignoring and not enforcing county health orders."I think it's unfortunate that this is a reputation that is developing," the employee's mother said. COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Republicans in the Ohio House of Representatives began a lame-duck session Thursday by passing a bill that would ban most abortions after the first detection of a fetal heartbeat. That milestone can arrive as early as six weeks into a pregnancy.The Republican-controlled House voted 58-35 Thursday in favor of the legislation, which does not include exceptions for rape or incest.The bill provides “a more consistent and reliable marker for the courts to use” when considering abortion laws’ constitutionality, said Rep. CORONADO (KGTV) - Police found a man who went missing from Sacred Heart Church this evening. Vincent Banez, 31-years-old, went missing around 6:30 p.m. Saturday evening, according to Coronado Police. He was last seen near the church, located at 655 C Avenue before he was found safely around 8:30 p.m.Police describe him as an Asian male wearing a black sweater, yellow pants and on a red motorized scooter. He needs the scooter to get around, but he is social and able to interact, police said.A helicopter circled Coronado looking for the man and relayed information to residents.This is a developing story. 10News will update as details become available. 690

Consumers, especially men, should not purchase or use two e-cigarette liquids that contain popular erectile dysfunction drugs, the Food and Drug Administration warned Tuesday.The two HelloCig e-liquids contain tadalafil and sildenafil, the main ingredients in two of the most popular male enhancement drugs on the market, the FDA said. "These FDA-approved prescription drugs are not approved for inclusion in e-liquid products sold over the counter and are therefore being sold illegally."By not properly labeling the e-liquids, the agency said, the company was not providing adequate warnings for the protection of users, specifically anyone with erectile dysfunction, high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol or heart disease who take nitrates to manage their condition."These undeclared ingredients may interact with nitrates found in some prescription drugs such as nitroglycerin and may lower blood pressure to dangerous levels," the FDA said in its warning.A lab analysis found both sildenafil and tadalafil in E-Cialis HelloCig E-Liquid and sildenafil in E-Rimonabant HelloCig E-Liquid, both sold by Shanghai-based HelloCig Electronic Technology Co. Ltd.The company has not responded to a request for comment.Although no adverse events have been reported to the agency, all consumers should stop using the products immediately, the FDA said, and anyone who experiences side effects should report them to the FDA's MedWatch Adverse Event Reporting program.The FDA says it sent a warning letter to HelloCig in October, citing a number of concerns about illegal marketing claims. HelloCig was misbranding and selling its products in the United States as an "FDA approved product with FDA," in violation of federal rules."FDA recently warned HelloCig of these issues and contacted the company several times to recommend they recall these products due to the risks to consumers. "Using the tradename of the drug product Acomplia and including an image of the Acomplia container and tablets next to the product on your website suggests that the product is intended to treat obesity."HelloCig did not respond to the initial warning, the FDA said.The manufacturers of Cialis has not responded to requests for comment.
