The Tampa Police Department is searching for a young man who was caught on camera doing a skateboard trick across a custom-painted car in Ybor City.A spokesperson for the police department said the case is being investigated as a felony criminal mischief. Detectives would like to speak with Dalton Newbury as a person of interest. According to those who have shared the video that's getting thousands of shares on Facebook, it was originally posted to Instagram by the skateboarder himself. The Trump campaign has officially filed a lawsuit in Wisconsin's Supreme Court in an attempt to overturn election results in the state.The Wisconsin Elections Commission confirmed Joe Biden's victory Monday in the battleground state following a partial recount. Milwaukee and Dane counties finished their recounts over the weekend and results added to Biden's 20,600 vote margin over President Donald Trump.The president's campaign has repeatedly alleged fraud in the state's election, though it has not presented any proof. The election officials for both counties who did recounts said there was no fraud uncovered in the process.The WEC confirmation of the results opened a five-day window for the president's campaign to file a lawsuit.The campaign filed a lawsuit Tuesday morning, in an attempt to overturn results by disqualifying as many as 200,000 ballots."What we had is an abuse of the absentee process, dramatically in Dane and Milwaukee County,” said Jim Troupis, attorney for the Trump Campaign.The suit is specifically seeking to dismiss absentee ballots where the clerks' offices "inserted missing information,” people cast ballots "claiming Indefinite Confinement status" even If they "no longer qualified,” and absentee ballots "improperly cast or received at ‘Democracy in the Park’ events,” which were held in Madison.The lawsuit also targets many in-person absentee voters who the Trump campaign claims did not follow Wisconsin law which requires "voters submit a written application.""We introduce evidence in the proceeding we introduced evidence that they in fact followed the law. They in fact required appropriate application in advance of the in-person voting,” said Troupis.In a filing late Tuesday evening, Gov. The University of Tennessee's football season is officially over.On Monday, Tennessee issued a statement saying they would have to withdraw from the Liberty Bowl because of positive COVID-19 tests within their football program.According to the Associated Press, the team agreed on Sunday to play West Virginia before announcing Monday. They had to also pause all team activities after receiving their results of Sunday's COVID tests. The Liberty Bowl is set to take place on Dec. 31 in Memphis.The team said they decided to withdraw after consulting with health officials, the Southeastern Conference, and officials with the Liberty Bowl."The student-athletes and staff affected are taking the appropriate safety measures in accordance with University, CDC, and local health department guidelines," the team said in the news release. "The University of Tennessee extends its sincere appreciation to the AutoZone Liberty Bowl and the city of Memphis and is disappointed it will not be able to fulfill its commitment on New Year's Eve."Third-year head coach Jeremy Pruitt is among those who tested positive.Pruitt said that other than experiencing mild symptoms he is "doing fine.""We are obviously disappointed that we will not be able to play in the AutoZone Liberty Bowl, but the health and safety of our student-athletes will always remain our top priority," Pruitt said in a statement. The United States and China are acting tough over trade, but they're also busy talking to try to stop the situation spiraling out of control.President Donald Trump ramped up tensions last week by ordering tariffs on about billion worth of Chinese goods just weeks after announcing of sanctions on steel and aluminum imports. Beijing has responded with plans to target billion worth of US products and warnings that it's ready to inflict more pain.The moves have fueled fears that the situation could escalate into a full-blown trade war between the world's two largest economies. But Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin said Sunday that he's been talking to Chinese officials in an effort to prevent that."We're not afraid of a trade war, but that's not our objective," he said in an interview on Fox News."We are going to proceed with our tariffs ... we're also working on investment restrictions," Mnuchin said. "But we are simultaneously having negotiations with the Chinese to see if we can reach an agreement."The US government wants China to do a lot more to open up its vast economy to US businesses and bring down the massive trade deficit between the two countries.Trump has set a target of cutting the deficit in goods with China by 0 billion. It soared to 5 billion last year, according to US figures.Mnuchin said the United States wants China to do away with rules that require foreign companies to set up joint ventures with Chinese firms in many industries, such as automobiles, and to stop forcing American businesses to hand over valuable intellectual property in order to operate in China.
